Frogged (Rippit! Rippit!) some UFOs which were going nowhere fast, and re-knitted some of the yarn as this kiddie jumper.

Then this shale pattern scarf in all the 4ply (sock yarn?) - not quite enough for a scarf so made a cowl.

Then I used the plastic centre circles I've been keeping for yonks from empty DST tapes
and the last odd bits and pieces as frames, seeing as I'm on that wavelength -
see what you started Lindsey!!

Might put a rub-on on the hearts, or stick on a flower.

Maritrez....full of innovative ideas.....I love the idea of the cowl....perhaps we should set up a thread for making something out of something else.....what can be done with loads of items sitting in a box unloved etc. no idea.....

Waiting at the moment for our 2 visitors to arrive....my two stepsons...taking us out to lunch and here am I today as soon as I open the door cannot breathe...taken antihistimines etc....yesterday not too bad so what triggered this today I have no idea...just hope the restaurant has air conditiioning...still I shall try to be cool, calm and collected, but with eyes streaming not easy.....my eldest stepson not seen for 2 years..he is rather aloof and lives in Birmingham, but I used to get on with him very well. Also he writes...and have a feeling he had a book published...not my type of writing but can ask a few questions..he writes Science Fiction. His brother is more outgoing and is married with an 8 year old son...but it is just the 2 coming today...just as well..the 8 year old has so much energy I cannot keep up with him.....only seen him once since Christmas though. Such is life with families scattered...they are not aware how we have aged.. how much make up does it take to cover wrinkles? probably a ton and a half.
