Hi Liz it was just you and I on here yesterday! So I will say hello to you and of course anyone else that comes in today!
you are a machine with your decluttering lol 😁, your new bed will be lovely. Our laundry is coming along well and most of our garden is done now I've attached a pic. All we have left to do is fill the pots and wait for our fire pit to arrive. I wasn't feeling so well today and so Greg insisted I go out and lie on the lounger for a bit and read my new crochet book and it was just lovely.

I've been working on my diamond dots and a blanket for Zoe.

Have a lovely day all xx

Hello Lyndsey and liz, Both of you are so good at gardens and decluttering and getting on with things. I have jade on my mind at the moment, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. She met the post natal team at her house and nursery nurse, All are asking her how she feels and will form a plan for her when they meet in there office to day . The nursery nurse is seeing her every other day. She lacks confidence so needs to hear from a professional. That she is doing alright Ethan is in to a good routine now and such a big bouncy boy. Post natal depression is an awful thing to have but she is conquering it slowly.

Lyndsey it’s lovely to see your garden you have packed a lot in to it and to have a brick oven must be wonderful, love your big plants at the back there I have bought a daphne perfumed princess. Our other daphne is eternal fragrance they both smell gorgeous and remind me of my child hood when I used to run in the woods where there were wild Daphne’s. Smells bring back so many memories.

Liz my liz has to be dairy free because of Gabriel. But she has successfully weened him on to dairy free things they have so much choice these days, so your Ruth will get there eventually.

I have just made a mince meat casserole to have with spaghetti, Rhubarb picked from the garden to have with custard. We had thunder and lightning last night and heavy rain storms but every thing is ok no flooding where I am. Doing a crocheted basket at the moment on to the handles now. Lyndsey do post a pic of your diamond painting I would love to see it. I’ll be back later to see what else you are all doing Linda x

Hi, everyone!!
Did a post last time I was on, but it was on my Kindle and I lost it!😬
So - I do it on Windows now and copy-and-paste.

Brilliant news on Ellie, Su2ie! Congrats on the mentoring. Looking forward to your shawl!

Lisa – hope you poor knees lasted through the charity shops. Hope you and your mum had fun!

Wow – Lindsey – not half scary! Hope they get your migraines sorted. It’s probably connected with stress too, with all that’s been happening with you. Your garden is lovely, BTW.
On magazines – I love them. They do lift my spirits. They’re my favourite form of Happy Mail. I’ve just subscribed to Crochet Now and got the yarn for their crochet-along. I ‘m a bit scared, because it’s beyond my comfort zone – granny squares.

Linda – hope everything gets better for Jade. It’s a rotten experience - It’s so good that you can be there to help.

Denise – that’s such a healthy attitude for decluttering. The Charity did well.
I’m using the ‘Does it give me joy’ and ‘would I buy it now?’ method,
but I’m still in denial of the fact that I shall probably never get round to some things.
Finishing off UFOs is one of my strands of decluttering.
And I’ve kept to my bag-a-week-out and even surpassed it.
Why doesn’t the house seem less cluttered??

Hi, Tracey! It’s raining now here as I write but managing to get washings done and out by adroit use of Alexa.
Apparently lots of areas in England had incredible lightening storms last night. Why did they get all the fun?😐

Think I'm suffering from Declutter Burnout.
Came across a great saying:
"I'm not procrastinating -
I'm delegating things to my future self !'

A bit of positivity. That's the spirit!😁

Hi everyone
Linda yes we love our garden and the wood fired pizza oven is lovely, we are going to tile the top of it in mini mosaic style tiles in a copper colour. I was out there today and the weather was just glorious it was 25, sunny and breezy. I did some crocheting, Zoe was at my feet and Greg came and sat with us to have his cuppa too it was my perfect kind of day. I just appreciate the small things so much. Yes smells definitely evoke memories it's nice that you have a flower you've loved since childhood.
MT - you are doing amazing with your decluttering! I've got to say since my mum died I realise it's not "things" that make you happy it's people (and animals) and experiences and I still have things I love but I just don't buy things I don't need anymore. Yes am feeling positive about the MRI I think at most it will be migraines and with the stresses over the last 7 months or so I'm not surprised. I love my magazines too I only buy 2 though now Crochet Now and Papercraft Inspirations I love the free gifts : ) and all the ideas.
Hi Liz, glad the sun is shining. I email my Aunt and Uncle often in the West Midlands they had some storms last night too.
I hope Mary's funeral was ok I was thinking about it.
Have a lovely day xx
