Monday 17th October

List of chat posts is getting so long it takes up quite a bit of room on my Kindle and I can't see much else so going back to original format.

On first post of the day we should put day and date that should help to look back on unread posts.

I'm off out today with friends for lunch. Can't believe it's 4 weeks since we last met - is it age or excitement of Christmas making time go so quiick .

It's just started to rain so hope it stops by lunch time.

Better get sorted around the house then I can do a bit knitting before I go out.

Have a great day ladies

Take care

I'm with you there on this old formula Denise, it is 10am and I am about to put the washing out as we have sun so it should dry. Enjoy your lunch and what are you knitting now. I have a phone call coming from our doctors re the biopsies I had so as soon as that is over I will get back to crocheting the animal blanket. Liz is coming for definite next weekend , as Jade was here this weekend, she bought her official wedding photos and we had a lovely lunch yesterday Sunday roast at the haywaine in brambling just out side wingham where Paul Hollywood lives.

Well I'm off to put washing out I'll be back later. Linda x

Morning all,
We are off out with the dog, washing drying indoors once again
I am up to the armhole on the last front of cardigan, so will take it with me
My eldest daughter is feeling off colour today , maybe the hormone injection is causing side effects
Hope you enjoy lunch Denise
I am sure good results coming from doctor Linda,
Hi Louise, have a good day
I will pop back later

Yes indeed good results from doctor CN, I have I polyp left to take outnin the colon, and no nasties, and a fibroid in the uterus to take out, with no nasties in there either. So I have pasted my MOT just two repairs. 😁

Just making dinner, and my washing got rained on once it soon passed over and we have sunshine again. I have been writting out my husbands ancestry for his youngest sister, on a long piece of wall paper nearly finished it. Going from. 1666 to the present day.

Looking forward to seeing this school cardigan of yours CN. Is this the one with the peplum on it?

See you later. Linda. Have a look at my mushroom harvest on cooking and baking.

Your daughter isn't having much luck right now CN I hope she's feeling better soon.

I'm interested to see your cardigan too

Enjoy your lunch Goose

It's really windy and cold out today, I think we have seen the last of the heat,

Louise I did the ancestry on wall paper because it is the biggest piece of paper for me to write it on. Not for her to hang it up🤣 I have written it out quickly not in my best hand writting, she can re write it . It is so long with all the children that they had in those days, and my husband is the eldest of nine so you can imagine how long it is.

I have yet to write out their mothers side on the other piece of wall paper. Linda x

7.20 pm

Evening ladies. Had a lovely meal - curried parsnip and pear soup with red stilton and onion jam toastie it was scrumptious.

Got a couple more baubles done today - hardgoing holding blade to cut the lines. Definitley crochet this evening.

Linda pleased you passed your MOT with just a couple of tweaks needed. Thats some family history. My half sister did our dads and found 2 well known relatives Duke of Wellington and Dick Turpin. I'll have to ask if she has any paperwork she can share.

Liz you're getting there with Niamh's cardigan nearly finished.

Having a late tea so better go before it gets cold - spag bol with tune no meat definitely healthier and some mixed veg.

Have a lovely eveining BBL
