They are special glass decals that fuse into the glass.
I have tried printing some of my own onto special paper, but I've not been happy with the results. They come out in a sort of sepia colour and the success rate of obtaining a full fuse has been low, which has made them ridiculously expensive to make. It's something I'm continuing to experiment with, but the decals that I buy are so much more vibrant.
I've now got a huge range of them, from hearts, to dots, flowers, cats, dogs, witches, etc
I also have decal sheets that I can use die cutters on for silhouette forms, which can look quite striking.

They are lovely gaynor , I think your glass work is so clever, do you still make glass lamp work beads, ? My favourite plate is the one with the butterflies. Linda. (Stakreem)

Thank you! Yes, I still make lampwork beads Linda. I've shipped a lot over to America in the last year! They seem to sell so well over there. I've quite a few on my website too.
